Got a damaged product?

No returns will be entertained except in case of damaged product received. Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at sales@devikajacob.com, with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/discount/refund, depending on case-to-case scenario. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Devika Jacob.

Terms to return a product

  1. Once you received the return confirmation, you may now proceed to send the package back to us. It must reach us within 10 days of delivery. (Date considered is Date of Delivery)
  2. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.
  3. Devikajacob.com is not liable to pay the return shipment charges
  4. Return product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and customised
  5. If the product does not reach us within 15 days from Date of Delivery, product is not eligible for return.
  6. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
  7. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
